    Appointments & Fees
To make an appointment, just call us at 540-231-7201. We are located in Suite 1 at 840 University City Boulevard in Blacksburg, Virginia.   If you reach an answering machine, someone will return your call within 48 hours.   Please note that we are not an emergency or crisis center.   Our hours are typically 8:00 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. Evening appointments are frequently available.   We are closed for legal holidays.   Please call for weather closings. Because of federal privacy laws, we cannot use e-mail for appointments or other client communications.

Fees are based on a 50-minute hour for each individual, couple, or family session. Sessions scheduled for longer periods of time are charged on a pro-rata basis.

Fees for other services such as reports, subpoena responses, court appearances, etc., will be charged $80.00 per hour.

Fees must paid at the time of service unless clients choose in advance to be billed by the University.
