Jenene Case Pease, PhD, Clinical Director and Clinical Assistant Professor.Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor, AAMFT. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Certified Trainer in PREP Relationship Education Curriculum. Articles in Measurement and Evaluation in Counseling and Development, and Identity: An International Journal of Theory and Research. Co-principal investigator on multi-milllion dollar U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Family Assistance grant.

Megan Dolbin-MacNab, PhD, Program Director and Associate Professor.Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor, AAMFT. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Southwest Region Vice President, VAMFT. Editorial Board, Family Relations, Advisory Editor and Reviews Editor, Journal of Marital and Family Therapy. CLAHS Certificate of Teaching Excellence and Excellence in Advising Awards; Distinguished HDFS Honors Alumna, Penn State.  Numerous book chapters and articles in Family Relations, Journal of Marital & Family Therapy, Ageing and Society, among others.  Investigator on grants related to custodial grandfamilies, including a $250,000 grant from the Virginia Department of Health. 

Erika Grafsky, PhD, Assistant Professor. 2011 graduate of The Ohio State MFT PhD program.  Pre-Clinical Fellow, AAMFT.  Several chapters on sexual minority youth and many refereed publications in front line MFT and healthcare journals such as Journal of GLBT Family Studies, Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy, Journal of Marital and Family Therapy, and Children and Youth Services Review, along with presentations at major conferences, and a $54,000 National Institute on Drug Abuse dissertation grant. 
Fred Piercy, PhD, Professor. Clinical Fellow, Approved Supervisor, and Fellow, AAMFT.  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Editor, Journal of Marital & Family Therapy; numerous editorial boards. Former Board Member, AAMFT. Former Chair, Commission on Accreditation for Marriage & Family Therapy Education. AAMFT Training Award and Outstanding Contribution to Marriage and Family Therapy Award; AFTA Lifetime Achievement Award. College awards for teaching, mentoring, and administration. Over 185 refereed articles and book chapters, five books, and four million dollars in contracts and grants.
