Every day I receive between 100 and 200 e-mails, sometimes more.  Most are spam that I automatically delete but many are important.  It's easy for messages to get lost.  To ensure I get yours, please always include a descriptive subject line and list your full name as the sender.  If it's been a couple of weeks and you haven't heard from me, send your post again.
